Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications “RFSQ”) invitation to prospective proponents (hereafter may be referred to as a “proponent”, “vendor”, “bidder” “supplier”, or a “Service Provider”) to submit a response for the provision of Apparel and Promotional Products. Successful proponents, following the evaluation outlined in this document, will form a Vendor of Record (VOR) listing shared with all our schools and administration.
 

TLDSB currently particates in the Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM) Apparel and Related Products and Services contract. Schools/departments may also continue to purchase under this (or similar) collaborative contract at their sole discretion, as best suits their needs. All other suppliers that have previously been approved on a TLDSB VOR list must reapply through this RFSQ process.
 

TLDSB intends to prequalify a minimum of ten (10) proponents up to a maximum of thirty (30) proponents based on the rated criteria specified in the RFSQ but reserves the right to modify these numbers at our discretion.
