Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications “RFSQ”) invitation to prospective proponents (hereafter may be referred to as a “proponent”, “vendor”, “bidder” “supplier”, or a “Service Provider”) to submit a response for the provision of Student Photography Services and Student Yearbook Services. Successful proponents, following the evaluation outlined in this document, will form a Vendor of Record (VOR) listing shared with all our schools and administration.
 

All service providers that have previously been approved on a TLDSB VOR list must reapply through this RFSQ process. Only operators that participate in this pre-qualification process and meet all requirements outlined in the evaluation process will be qualified to provide services to TLDSB and its schools. For clarity, all existing contracts that have already been signed for the 2026-2027 school year will be honoured. 
 

TLDSB intends to prequalify a maximum of six (6) proponents in each category based on the rated criteria specified in the RFSQ but reserves the right to modify these numbers at our discretion. TLDSB wishes to identify and select responsive and responsible Student Photography and Student Yearbook service providers for our students and teachers.
